The International Conference on Water and Food Security in the Face of Climate Change: Challenges and Opportunities for Resilience (WFCC 2025), inspired by the vision and mission of the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) and centered around the Center of Excellence - Food Security and Sustainability, promises to be a transformative event driving meaningful socio-economic impact. By spotlighting groundbreaking initiatives, the Conference aims to strengthen water and food security in arid regions, addressing critical challenges such as climate change, resource scarcity, and global sustainability. Bringing together world-renowned keynote speakers, pioneering researchers, and innovators, WFCC 2025 leverages cutting-edge technologies and bold ideas to advance SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and SDG 13 (Climate Action). Participants will engage in thought-provoking discussions, explore innovative solutions, and collaborate on actionable policies and lasting partnerships to transform sustainable water and food security into a tangible reality for future generations.

The National Youth Symposium and Arab Youth Competition, launching on February 4, 2025, will offer a platform for young people to explore and contribute to solutions on water and food security, while addressing the pressing challenges of climate change and environmental pressures. By encouraging the exchange of ideas and strategies for building resilience, the symposium and competition will highlight the creativity and determination of tomorrow's leaders. The WFCC 2025 opening ceremony on February 5th, 2025 will conclude with an inspiring awards presentation, recognizing the young winners for their creativity and dedication to building a sustainable and resilient future.
